Privacy policy

Effective from 12 October 2026

This page explains what the Office Bubble website collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and what rights you have, under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15.

It applies to the website officebubble.app. Data that a customer company enters into the Office Bubble product at app.officebubble.app is handled under the agreement between us and that company.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Office Bubble is a product of CÔNG TY TNHH SILENTIUM VIỆT NAM, tax code 0316023807, 95 - 97 Nguyễn Cơ Thạch, Phường An Khánh, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam. The company is the controller and processor of personal data collected through this website.

Send any question or request about personal data to hello@officebubble.app.

2. What we collect

Information you give us when you sign up for a trial:

  • Company name and company size.
  • Contact name, email and mobile number (if you give one).
  • What you want to sort out and how you heard of us (if you tell us).

Information recorded automatically when you use the website:

  • IP address, the time the form was sent and the language you were reading. The IP address is used to stop bulk form submissions.
  • Where you came from: the first page you opened, the referring page, the tags in an advertising link (utm) and the ad click identifiers of Meta, Google or TikTok. This is stored in your browser and sent with the form.
  • Usage figures such as pages viewed, device type and browser, through the measurement tools listed in section 5.
  • Your name and comment, if you comment on the blog.

3. What we use it for

  • To contact you and open a trial account for your company.
  • To send product information by email or phone, where you agreed to this when sending the form.
  • To learn which ads and channels bring visitors, so that advertising money is spent sensibly.
  • To measure and improve the website.
  • To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We do not buy or sell personal data.

4. Basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when sending the signup form, and in order to act on the account request you sent us. Product information is sent only with your consent, and you can ask us to stop at any time. You can withdraw consent as described in section 8.

5. Who we share it with

We use the following service providers to run the website. Each receives only what its service needs:

  • Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the website, storage of signup requests, and visit statistics.
  • Slack: internal alerts to our team when a new signup request arrives.
  • Resend: sending email about signup requests.
  • Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads if enabled): measuring visits and advertising results.
  • Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API): measuring advertising results on Facebook and Instagram, including page views and form submissions.
  • TikTok (TikTok Pixel), if enabled: measuring advertising results on TikTok.

These providers may process data on servers outside Vietnam.

Beyond that, we give data to a competent state authority only where the law requires it.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website stores where you came from in your browser's storage (localStorage). The tools of Google, Meta and TikTok may set cookies for measurement and advertising.

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. The website still works normally if you block them.

7. How long we keep it

A signup request is kept while we are in contact with you about the account, and for at most 24 months after the last contact, and is then deleted. If your company becomes a customer, contact details are kept under the service agreement.

You can ask for earlier deletion as described in section 8.

8. Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about the processing of your personal data.
  • Give or refuse consent, and withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data.
  • See your personal data, and correct it or ask for it to be corrected.
  • Ask for your personal data to be provided, deleted or restricted, and object to its processing.
  • Ask to stop receiving product information.
  • Complain, denounce, sue and claim compensation as the law provides.
  • Ask a competent authority, or an organisation or person involved, to take measures to protect your personal data.

To use these rights, email hello@officebubble.app. We reply within the time the law sets.

When you give us information, you are responsible for giving complete and accurate information and for respecting other people's personal data.

9. Security

The website runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised staff can see signup requests. No measure is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.

10. Children

The website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

When the policy changes, we update this page and the effective date at the top.
